Annual Festival of Trees brings community together to support Conifer chamber

The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park transformed into a winter wonderland over the weekend for the Festival of Trees, an annual fundraiser sponsored by the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce.


Hours before the public would fill the barn to vote on a favorite, volunteers were hard at work, decorating the live Christmas trees sponsored by area businesses. During the main event, the trees are auctioned off so guests can take one home and avoid the process of purchasing a tree and decorating it on their own.

Among those decorating on Friday evening was Jodi Dolph of Keller Williams Realty. With snowflakes, white ribbon and red and gold ornaments, Dolph called her style classic Christmas. Though she’s been to the event before, this was her first time decorating a tree.
