The owner of about 7 acres near the intersection of U.S. 285 and Kitty Drive in Conifer — Bradford Junction Holdings LLC — is looking to refine the property’s planned development zoning to allow several commercial, and additional light manufacturing and storage uses.
The land, which is vacant property behind the Staples shopping center, is currently zoned planned development. The project is being called the Centre at Conifer Junction.
Of the nine people attending the Nov. 19 community meeting, held at the Elk Creek Fire station on Blackfoot Road, Lackey said many were concerned about fire coverage, water resources, visual impacts and more.
