USFS to burn piles in Empire, Evergreen area this week was created by ClearCreekCourant

The U.S. Forest Service plans to burn about 3,000 slash piles in Empire's Blue Creek area and 1,300 in Evergreen’s Echo Hills area this week.

According to a USFS press release, the burns will take place as conditions allow.
