Clear Creek County is one step closer to breaking ground on its health clinic this spring after the Idaho Springs Planning Commission unanimously on Dec. 4 approved the clinic’s final development plan with five conditions.
County representatives agreed to the stipulations, and the design plans meet or exceed all the city’s land development regulations.
