Despite what some residents believe, Idaho Springs hasn’t approved any rezoning or final plans for a large-scale development above Pine Slope Road.
City officials clarified the status of the Soda Creek Highlands development proposal at a City Council work session on Dec. 9 that was attended by more than 50 people, including Pine Slope Road-area residents.
They presented a timeline of what has occurred with the proposal.
