Information posted on Facebook that the Evergreen postmaster and seven mail carriers recently quit is not true, according to a U.S. Postal Service spokesman.
Evergreen’s interim postmaster was reassigned back to his former job, so he did not quit, according to James Boxrud, the USPS spokesman.
