Idaho Springs residents learned at a community forum that just because projects are proposed in the city doesn’t mean they’re a done deal.
In fact, city officials emphasized, proposals must go through several public meetings at which the public can comment before they may or may not become a reality.
At the Dec. 16 meeting at Carlson Elementary School, officials and city staff updated the 70-some attendees on various projects — whether public or private — that have been proposed or are underway.
