Conifer's Dunivan is leaving a lasting impact on peers, school

Everyone in the Conifer High School front office knows when Sam Dunivan is around. His gregarious personality — and his talent on the football field — are hard not to notice.


“He’s super enthusiastic, and I can always tell he’s in the office because of his laugh,” said Kim Spease, a CHS guidance counselor.

That’s just the type of personality the senior standout brings to the Lobo community, and it goes far beyond the football field. This year alone, though, he racked up 985 all-purpose yards en route to the Lobos’ quarterfinal appearance.
