New Georgetown business offers variety of edible and artistic goods
It’s hard to perfectly encapsulate what Mountain Mama’s Needful Things is. It’s not exactly a café, it’s not exactly a restaurant, and it’s not exactly an art gallery either. And yet, the business has a few elements of all those things.

Locals partner to open holistic health collective
Amy Miley and Sarah Street didn’t know each other when they were looking to start similar businesses a few doors down from each other in Georgetown’s historic district.

But once they met each other and talked about their shared passions for holistic health, they decided to join forces and opened Taos Square Acupuncture Collective at 507 Taos St. in October.

Idaho Springs eatery starting first phase of expansion process
Smokin Yard’s BBQ is expanding its kitchen with a new staff entrance on the west side of the business, located at 2736 Colorado Blvd. in Idaho Springs.

The kitchen will allow for new smokers and more room for the staff, but owner Andrew Yard clarified that everything will be the same for the customers.
