Two people have picked up nomination petitions to potentially run against Idaho Springs Mayor Mike Hillman in the April 7 recall election.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Mike Kowalewski and Kate Collier had picked up the forms but have not yet returned them to the city clerk. A nomination petition requires 25 signatures from registered Idaho Springs voters and must be returned by 5 p.m. Feb. 3, City Clerk Diane Breece said.
