A few years ago, Bridget Bagel and Jim Abraham dated long-distance.
When she visited, Bagel made food and put it in Abraham’s freezer for him to eat whenever they video-chatted or he simply needed a quick meal.
Now the Denver-based engaged couple are hoping to make those meals together for Clear Creek locals and others to put in their freezers.
Bagel and Abraham opened Postcard Foods at 1041 County Road 308 in Dumont in mid-January.
