Authorities have identified the Clear Creek County resident who was killed in an officer-involved shooting on May 9 along Highway 103.
Darrin Jon Patterson, 57, reportedly attempted to flee from officers when the pursuit ended near Mount Evans. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation confirmed in a press release that it continues to investigate the incident and is coordinating with the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
