The library and rec districts are planning to establish a story walk-type amenity around central Idaho Springs this summer to promote literacy and safe outdoor recreation.
Once Upon a Trail would take pages from a children’s storybook and post them sequentially on temporary signage along a 1.25-mile route through the city. It would start at the library and end at the rec center.
