Evergreen Fire/Rescue administration has been cleared of any wrongdoing in two human resources complaints investigated by an independent third party.
According to a release from the fire district, two separate investigative teams came to the same conclusion: that the complaints were "not supported” and there was “no actionable misconduct.”
Representatives from the Evergreen Volunteer Fire Department could not be reached for comment.
