Indian Hills in Phase 2 water restrictions
Indian Hills has implemented Phase 2 water restrictions, which prohibit using sprinklers and irrigation systems and filling pools or hot tubs.

Outside watering is limited to hand watering, and it must be done between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. Additionally, the water district has enacted restriction surcharge rates, which charge $36 for the first 3,000 gallons and then move into a tiered rate for any usage exceeding 3,000 gallons.

Fourth of July parade reimagined
Indian Hills Fire Rescue will parade the district’s apparatus through the streets this Saturday in a reimagined Fourth of July celebration.

The parade, which includes the district’s newest ambulance, will begin at 10 a.m. Chief Mark Forgy said he intends to travel up and down as many of the roadways in Indian Hills as possible, likely driving south down Parmalee Gulch Road, up past Geneva Glen Camp and around the back roads before returning to the fire station.
