The U.S. Forest Service has announced its lands in Clear Creek County will reopen 6 a.m. Tuesday as its Stage 3 fire restrictions are rescinded because of the recent moisture. Other local agencies' lands are expected to follow suit.
The county remains under a Stage 2 fire ban, which prohibits campfires and other spark-causing activities.
