SERVER ERROR?! When I tried to upload an ad with photo...

I just placed an ad and it gave me a server fatal error from MyMountainTown, but when I uploaded without the photo it went right through. It was a "normal" jpeg file that I have uploaded on other sites. Is there something strange going on with MMT right now?

Just askin' and have a FABULOUS day!!!

Hi CornerStone AutoGlass!

The most common reason that message comes up is because the size of the file is too large. Though we can accept any size image (it automatically re-sizes to a maximum of 800 pixels), the system won't take any file that is larger than 1MB in size.

The easiest way to reduce the file size is to shrink the image dimensions and/or resolution of the image (i.e. from 300dpi to 150dpi or 72dpi). If you need help with that, please email us the picture and we'd be happy to re-size it for you! This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

If you re-size it and it still won't upload, please let us know (copy or screen shot the error message, that helps us figure out what's going on).

Thank you. Our apologies for the issue.
