Mountain Peace Shelter is a non-profit 501c3 agency that is nestled in the
Colorado mountains. Created in 1986, the shelter provides emergency
shelter, safety, and support for families in crisis and the homeless,
especially women, children and their pets who have left their homes due to
domestic abuse. The shelter is supported primarily through grants and
community donations. Eighty percent of funding is used for programs and
services. We thank you for your support!

October is Domestic Violence (we say, "Peace") Awareness Month.
What a perfect time to attend this event while supporting our shelter as we all work towards creating peace in our own relationships as well as in our world!

I hope to see you there! This is an amazing event you won't want to miss! :sunshine:

Peace to you,
Kathy
