That's about what I'm getting too. By today's standards, I'd say that's slow, but I'm surprised JF's is even slower. When I first got DSL in the 90's, I was lucky to get 200 kb speed and it sometimes only ran at dialup speed. Now Qwest offers 20 mb service, and others offer even faster. Just wish I could get faster service here!
Those YouTube links do run somewhat choppy for me. I don't think it's my download speed, though, because I can run full screen videos which are much sharper from high bandwidth sites.
Where can you get faster internet around here? I only know of the former Whispertel (forget the new name) which offers 5 mb speed, but I hear it's not reliable (depending on your location, I think).

OK, here is the most annoying can never get it out of your head song ever!!! It is kind of fun and peaceful for the first few minutes but after that it is like Chinese Water torture!! It's a Small World!!!
