I'm helping a friend paint her house! I'm excited - I love painting, it's very therapeutic/calming for me. If anyone else has rooms in their house to paint, I'll happily come help - I especially love the detail work of taping and edging! 
Tomorrow, I'll be with our Bound To Help Our Neighbors Group helping one of our community members in need repair damage in her kitchen. It's important to us here at 285Bound that we give back to our community, and I'm proud that we have begun what I hope will become one of our most important facets! Thank you to everyone who is helping out this weekend as well!
Then I'm going to a friend's house for a Girls Night Out/PartyLite candle party and treating myself to some well-deserved PartyLite candles!

I am gathering and dragging sticks and dead trees down the back hillside in prep for next weekend = LAST SLASH DAY THIS YEAR
We had about 200-300 lodge pole pines taken out last fall and I am finally getting the last of the clean up done.
I am about 1/3 of the way through. I toss them onto a sacrificial tarp and drag them down the hill
I am also pulling any more thistle that I find along the way. With all the rain, it just seems to sprout up overnight!
I am pooped. Time for a cold one in the hammock.
