EAPL’s 7th Annual OktoberPets!!!
EAPL will hold its 7th annual OktoberPets fundraiser on Friday, Sept. 9 beginning at 5 PM at the Elk’s Lodge in Evergreen. Tickets will be $25 and includes dinner. Musician John Erlandson will provide live music. There will be many live and silent auction items to bid on – including week-long stays in vacation homes as well as gift certificates to local restaurants and events.

Dog-themed items made by Pekes & Poms volunteers will be available for purchase
Experience the taste, flavors and convenience of cooking on the Traeger Pellet grill. Our factory representative will be hosting a cooking demonstration - free food and drink!

Park County Search and Rescue Disc Golf Tournament
Park County Search and Rescue Disc Golf Tournament set for Sept. 10th
Players at all levels are invited to compete at the Bailey Disc Golf Course on September 10th starting at 10AM.
This will be the 1st Annual benefit disc golf tournament with proceeds benefiting Park County Search and Rescue. We hope for a healthy turnout of all levels from Pro’s to families, kids and neighbors just wanting to have a day of fun in our beautiful mountain community. The temporary 20 hole course off of Rosalie Road in Bailey is awesome with elevation changes, woods, and open prairies.
PCSAR relies on fundraising, grants, and volunteers to serve an ever increasing number of people needing help in our backcountry. We never charge for our services, but the cost of vehicles and rescue equipment relies on these type of fundraisers.

10th Annual Big Chili Cook Off
This year's event will again be held at the Evergreen Lake House, located at 29614 Upper Bear Creek Rd. in beautiful downtown Evergreen.
This spectacular day features a chili cook-off competition, live music, the Firefighter's Challenge competition, juried Art Show, photo booths, and children's activities.
Gates open at 10:30 a.m. with chili sampling beginning at noon. Live music will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run continuously until 6 p.m. A Fire fighter tribute will be held at 2:30 p.m. and the Chili Cook Awards at 4:15 p.m.
10th Annual Big Chili Cook-Off, Music & Arts Festival benefits the six Mountain Area Fire Departments and the Blue Spruce Kiwanis Foundation.
