KUSA - Every year, for the last five, Columbine High School has been the place to start one Sunday morning in September.
"We're here to support the Emily's ride and her family and her friends and everybody," said Christine Baca.
Baca and a couple of thousand people rode Sunday in Emily's Parade, the 6th annual event held to benefit the I Love U Guys Foundation created after the shooting at Platte Canyon High School and the death of Emily Keyes.

Here's the sad part - they don't have a clue how to drive in the city either. So those who work downhill are screwed this time of year every day of the week.
Between the two decade old cars driven by illegals and the northeasterners and Californians moving here....Denver driving has become very aggressive. .
You don't know what your talking about- Have you ever been anywhere else in your life? I travel the world and wherever i've been, its noticably worse than here..Much worse on other countries an much worse in places like Vegas and Chicago. This is great, I love driving here..nice and relaxed, no traffic jams..70 is fast on I-70
70 is slow in I 70, seriously. Our state is hampered speed limit wise. Driving in Wyoming and Nebraska is much better and more efficient speed wise.
Chicago is NOT that bad to drive in - and yes, I have done it many times. It's the next huge city within reasonable drive from, well, anywhere in Iowa.
When we lived in Gunnison, the people that amused me the most were the tourists who insisted cows were herds of elk (Gunnison County has many multitudes of elk). We didn't get much in the way of leaf people there - but then we were far enough away from a big city.
You don't know what youre talking about..One time I said goodbye to my wife went inside, had a sandwich, brushed my teeth, flossed and when I went back out and she was still trying to get out of the drive way!..Like 15 minutes..I went out to the road, stood by it and when there was a tiny space in traffic i said "GO GO GO GO!" she bolted into traffic with everyone honking and everything...She could have concievable been there all night..And going out of Chicago in any direction on any "expressway" traffic is literally going 3 mph for 30 miles....it was like an hour and a half to get home everynight, every single rush hour, morning and evening and that was in the 80's! It takes an hour+ to get across Chicago, it takes like 10 minutes to get from Golden to Aurora on I-70...Clear across Denver in 10 minutes...
Vice Lord, you're a grumpy ol' soul!!! You've been warned about it for almost two weeks now with all the signs down the canyon... couldn't you have possibly stayed home on Sunday, or bought all your beer for your football game on Saturday, or munchies, or whatever made the "rememberance parade" such a hassle for you??? Makes you sound a little self centered and un-compassionate dip-wad!!!
I do everything I can to AVOID 285 (especially this time of year with the leaf-lookers) on Saturdays and Sundays, then throw a parade in there, my gawd, that's just your own stupidness...

I know- Who are the brainiacs that came up with that one?
