I took a break from my trail building job a couple of summers ago. I was in the middle of a raspberry patch bigger than any I'd seen before. I sat down on a rock with my water bottle, grabbed a few berries, and started enjoying them.
Then I realized a wasn't alone. There was a black bear about 30 feet from me, doing the same thing - without the water bottle.
We both ate our fill, he rambled off, and I kept building the trail.
Those were some of the best raspberries I've ever had.

The other great raspberries were from down in Pueblo, at my in-law's house. I took my four year old son out to help me chop weeds. He found the raspberry bushes, and asked what they were. I picked one and gave it to him.
We sat crosslegged facing each other under the bushes giggling and eating raspberries until Mom came out and caught us.
We were then a giggling raspberry eating three-some.
Then my other son caught us.
Then Grandma.
Man, that was a good afternoon.

Perfect example why I left this site. Even a simple fun poll turns into people getting pissed and name calling. No one has a sense of humor on here anymore. This reaffirms my decision. I make one post and it sure isn't like it use to be. Take care!
