Important Message To Our Neighbors
From the desk of The Early-Group

To our neighbors -

We are coordinating clothing donations for our community's fire victims. Please bring clothing and slightly used shoes to the MMAR office by Friday, April 6th to be distributed to fire victims. Children's clothing and shoes especially needed. Please get the word out to your friends and neighbors!

We are also conducting a drive for personal hygiene items for distribution through the Mountain Resource Center. There are donation baskets located in the Coldwell Banker Conifer Office (Early-Group Office) and at MMAR. This drive will continue through all of April.

From the Creative Minds Early Learning Center:

Dear Families,
We have been receiving several calls from families expressing their concerns for our staff members and each other. Many of you have asked how you can help and here's what we've got going so far.
As you all probably know the wild fire in Conifer is very active and has affected many of our families. We know that at least one of our families has lost their home to this. We are setting up a donation drop-off spot in the lobby for clothing and supplies for any families that may need them. Please keep in mind that these families are displaced and don't have room for much. We will also be accepting cash donations and gift certificates to help them through this tragic time. We know they are looking for clothing for their boys, sizes 3T and 5T, and we are sure they would appreciate some clothing for themselves as well. We also know they are looking for a home for their 2 - 6 month old puppies (brother and sister golden retrievers.)
If you are one of the families that has been evacuated, please let us know. We are thinking of offering extended child care to anyone that may need it if this will help. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

There is a donation box for snacks and doughnuts for the Firefighters at the front of KS grocery store, and another box for clothes too I think.

Yes because the Red Cross and the local groceries are providing it just like in fires past.

Sent via email from Stephanie Foster at The Early Group (thank you Stephanie!):

Important announcement from Exodus Moving to helping Fire Victims:

Exodus would like to donate our movers and trucks to anyone that was effected by the fire and needs an emergency move. They would only have to pay $15 per worker and then $30 in fuel, all other services will be free to them. Hopefully we can help some families that are having trouble.
