Conifer Marketplace (old Safeway center)

The new owner has really done a great job of putting money back into the place. He has been repairing issues that tenants had for a long time with previous owner and really sprucing up the place. By summer, it should be close to full occupancy again!




BUSTERS IS MOVING BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION! and also taking the space that the liquor store was in, so it will be much larger.

KNIT KNOOK IS MOVING OVER! She will be upstairs where the Chinese restaurant was.

I don't know dates, but I do know that I am very pleased with this shopping center coming back to life.

Shame they're not hiring, from the community.

I agree the old Safeway looks great, nice to see businesses coming back if its true. I use Staples and the auto parts store a lot.

Does anybody know what "Alco" sells?

There was an article about it a while back. Sounded like a gereral store with a little bit of everything but not a lot of one thing.

Alco is a mini Wal-Mart.

I didn't know old Safeway was under new ownership.
