285Bound Events This Summer - Want to Staff Booths w/Us?! :)

We'll be doing a membership drive this summer at all the events that 285Bound is attending so we can finally give away our massage gift certificates! If anyone is interested in helping staff a booth for a couple of hours at the 285 Showcase (Sat May 19th from 1-5pm, @ Conifer High School), Bailey Day (Sat Jun 16th, not sure of exact times yet), and the Barefoot, Bluegrass, and Barbecue Festival[/b] (Sat Aug 4th, 11am-6pm, Conifer Community Park - it's going to be THE event of the season!), just email us at , or PM us back, and let us know which event and specific times you're available/prefer - the more the merrier (and you get to enjoy the event for free this way too, if it's a pay-to-play!)! We'll have fun hanging out, chatting with folks, blasting some tunes, and giving away free stuff! If you have a business of your own, and help staff our table, you are more than welcome to bring goodies/info for your business to give away as well! We appreciate and our volunteers!

Thank you to all of you who have already joined - we're so very glad to have you here, will continue to work as hard as possible to offer you what you want from your community forum (and sometimes offer you what you didn't even know you needed or wanted! ), and can't wait to make it to 2,000 so we can award two of you well-deserved massages! Awesome! We've got 2 volunteers to help cover the 285 Showcase, taking care of that event, one person who's volunteered to help in the morning for Bailey Day, and 3 who have offered to help during the Barefoot, Bluegrass, and Barbecue - Thank You!!!

The Showcase was a lot of fun with the volunteers who helped staff the booth - it made the time fly by! Bailey Day is coming up June 16th, and we'll need a few more yet.

Set up is at 6:30am, and we've got one volunteer helping with that already. The HUNDO starts at 6am if you want to see them off, but otherwise Bailey Day is officially from 9am-5pm.

Volunteers needed for time slots:
11am-1pm: 2 people
1pm-3pm: 1 more person
3pm-5pm (breakdown): 2 people

Of course you are welcome to stay longer if you're having too much fun! I personally am really looking forward to this - we'll be next to Luna's Mandala and IMHS so you can play with the kittens too if they can bring them! :kitty2:

Yikes! It's about time for the Barefoot, Bluegrass, & BBQ Festival ! Saturday August 4th, Conifer Community Park at Beaver Ranch from 11am-6pm.

I have 4 fantastic volunteers so far (and slave labor in the form of my hubby who will also have to keep an eye on our independent and fearless children), and need a few more. In exchange for your help, I will buy you one ticket to get in free, and if you have a business of your own, feel free to bring materials to put out on our table as well to promote that! Please let me know if you are available for any of these time slots. Thank you!

Hours needed:
11am-1:30pm
1:30pm-4pm
4pm-6:30pm (tear down)

We just need two more people to staff our booth during the 4-6:30pm time slot. This will be a great time to be there as Jeff Scroggins & Colorado and The Farewell Drifters are scheduled to perform during that time (of course, if you come earlier to work, you can stay and listen to the music too!). Remember: volunteers get in for Free!
