It was brought to our attention during the board meeting, that there is a conditional use permit application posted at the below mentioned property on Main Street in Bailey to be considered by the Park County Planning Commission during their December meeting on the 11th.
As a board we felt strongly to inform our members regarding this case.

The Planning Commission is to consider this request at the Planning Commission meeting on December 11, 2012 at 9:00 Am in Fairplay. If you have concerns for or against this, contact the Planning Commission through their web site http://www.parkco.us/index.aspx?NID=183 click on email to send it directly to their office or if you would like the chamber to represent you send your concern or opinion by noon time on Monday Dec 10 to Bill at
