Does the Chamber always notify it's members of conditional use permit applications? Or only because this one is for growing marijuana in downtown Bailey?

No they don't; I'm sure this is because it's a controversial subject and people are sure to have strong opinions on it. I think it's important that everyone be informed of what's happening and they get involved if they do or don't want something to occur.

I am all for it. I do not do pot but I would pay a couple of bucks to walk through the green house legally.

I would be fine with it. Friends who live in the Denver Berkeley neighborhood say the MJ dispensaries are good neighbors.

So, is this grow house associated with the dispensary near the laundromat, or is this a new group? If it is a new group, are they intending to sell there or just grow there and dispense elsewhere?

Have they considered the level of security they might need - I've heard there's been a rash of break ins at grow houses in the Denver area.

My question mainly - can the area support two dispensaries? I'm amazed at the number that I saw in Alma, but then they are near Breckenridge. We're not near a ski area and there's at least 3 dispensaries along the upper part of 285 between Morrison and Pine Junction.

Aren't taxes less in Park County? That may be a reason they want more. And, of course, the demand.

Hell we used to have the Bailey Bar, only a select few even ventured in there, so go for it.
