Prominence of location in downtown Bailey has caused a stir

Josh Grady, owner of Sunrise Solutions, received a condition use permit from county commissioners on Jan. 17 to operate a medical marijuana center and cultivation operation at 43 Main St. in Bailey.
Park County’s Board of County Commissioners attached five conditions to the permit.
