THANKS for that recipe....do you think it PREVENTS :sadKeenex: flu? I'm looking at a plane ride in about 1 month and want to be "protected" without
getting a flu shot.

Build up your immune system NOW. Take saline nose spray to keep your tissues moist. Consider wearing a mask. You may feel silly, but isn't staying healthy worth it? I also always grab on of the small Lysol spray bottles and thoroughly disinfect my seat area.

I'll be on a plane for 15 hours in a couple of weeks - so I'm going the vaccine route (I rarely do --- but airplanes are big flu machines)
