It's not hard to believe, iPhone fanatics have been falling for the hype for years. I guess the ads for the Samsung S4 Active, which actually is waterproof, lead to the assumption that an OS upgrade would enable the iPhone to catch up with the rest of the smartphone market.

Apple should develop an upgrade that prevents the glass screen of the iPhone from shattering when the phone is dropped on a hard surface. Lots of people would really appreciate that upgrade!
