We just spoke to the county clerk's office. The ballots are arriving and they believe it is going to be at least another hour. We will continue to monitor and get them up as soon as we hear.

Why do we have to wait until 10? Oh I know...we have to manually count the ballots because all the money is going to the Jail and we don't have money to have something electronically counted or we have to take the ballots to another county to have them electronically counted because of the same reason!
