Mutual of Omaha Bank will sell its five Colorado Front Range branches to Denver-based CIC Bancshares, the companies announced Friday.

The Mutual of Omaha Bank branches in Idaho Springs, Evergreen, Conifer, Nederland and Golden will become branches of Centennial Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary that was acquired by CIC in 2010. Employees at the five branches will become part of Centennial Bank operations.

Mutual of Omaha Bank acquired the five locations in the transaction in 2007, when it purchased Peak National Bank of Golden.
