From kdvr, it appears this is the individual who was being evicted by Park County Sheriff's this morning. Since not sure that it is appropriate to list name and photo, here is his webpage:

Thank you STDS, yes the stories have been updated to identify the suspect so it is alright to name him now. We'd ask that we all refrain from speculating as to what actually happened this morning until more information is released though.

Mourners remember fallen Park County sheriff’s deputy Nate Carrigan
Posted 10:17 pm, February 24, 2016, by Web Staff, Updated at 05:58am, February 25, 2016

BAILEY, Colo. -- Members of the Bailey community mourned the loss of fallen Park County sheriff's Cpl. Nate Carrigan, who was shot and killed while serving an eviction notice at a home on Wednesday morning.

"These were longtime officers of our county and good guys," said Kris Ellis, who works at a shop on Main Street. "Everyone in Bailey knows who this is, this man that lost his life today."

Close to 100 members of the tight-knit community gathered inside Platte Canyon Community Church in Carrigan's honor. It's such a small town, attendees said, that everyone knew -- or knew of -- the fallen deputy.

Not only was Carrigan a 13-year veteran on the force, he also had close ties to the Platte Canyon School District. He was an assistant football and baseball coach at Platte Canyon High School. And co-worker Melinda Nilsson said she works with his mother at Fitzsimmons Middle School.
