Mountaindollar...unless there is a new one that I haven't heard about there has been one burning for a while but it is in the uninhabited area with barely any trails. It is called the cow creek fire and you can read about it here:

ok, just went to 9 news and apparently trail ridge is closed for another fire on the west side of the park and the fire hasn't been picked up yet by inciweb. We are currently looking for more info so we can post about it. It appears to be about 5 acres in size.

Fire is still estimated at approximately 5 acres. Some small groups of trees are torching but crews are making progress. Overall....things are looking pretty good.
Trail Ridge Rd will remain closed until further notice.
One Type one helicopter is currently working the fire.
Additional Air resources will arrive tomorrow morning.

Here is a story about the RMNP Fire.

ESTES PARK, Colo. -- A wildfire is burning 40 acres of forest in the southwest part of Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Onahu Fire started this afternoon in the Kaweeneeche Valley. While the fire is not threatening any structures or visitors, it has caused park officials to close Trail Ridge Road. The road is expected to be closed throughout the night.
