Grass fire Burland (Discussion from the scanner forum)

I keep noticing that since the FIREBAN(s) have been put into place, there seems to be SEVERAL illegal burns IS ANYBODY being issued tickets, permits(if they have one) being taken away ANYTHING?? Or is it JUST a SLAP ON THE WRIST??

Mama, I know the Sheriff's are being called out to these illegal burns but I have no idea if they are getting tickets or not since I have not been involved in any of these illegal burns.

Any address or hundred block on this fire? Unsure if it was Bluebird Lane or Bluebird Drive.

i don't know about now but in the past our neighbor who lives in town but terrorizes the neighborhood when he comes up has had the fire dept show up several times and they just tell him to put it out. he does have a burn permit now but still manages to create too big a fire. he wasn't up this weekend or i think someone would have gone over and told him that there is a fire ban.
