I want to thank Jf1acai, Shiloh, Becky, chocolove an Pinedust for their emotional support when my husband broke his neck this week. They stayed with me and offered help to get me down to Swedish where my husband was taken.
Their offer of continued help and support is appreciated more than they know.
He is progressing after surgery on C-2, C-3 an T?4 .. lots of damage to the ligaments. He is in a hard colar and thoracic brace and they have him up sitting. It's kind of iffy now.. so I would appreciate your prayers and thoughts.
I never heard about this. I am so sorry to hear that. You know you have a community filled with a lot of people who are willing to help you guys out however you need it. Not sure what I can do, but my schedule is pretty flexible. Don't hesitate to ask. And I am keeping you both in my prayers.
AC just called. Mr. AC is up and walking a little bit. There is a slight possibility he could come home tomorrow. If he doesn't, it will most likely be Monday. AC needs a ride home for herself tomorrow at the least and possibly Mr. AC. She may also need to go back to Swedish on Monday and need a ride back with Mr. AC

Just got off the phone with AC. Mr. AC won't be coming home today and she is willing to come home after the game if anyone can pick her up or if anyone is going to be down that way around 4-4:30 or so. She will need to get back to the hospital tomorrow sometime. She has to do physical therapy with him so she knows what he needs to be doing.
