Tech issue tonight.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are having a tech issue. We upgraded our server. (a great thing) but our hosting company somehow lost some of the data in the process. They are in the process of fixing the problem. I am very sorry for the issue. I am working on it and hopefully we will be fixed in the next hour or so. There may be some glitches along the way. And some features may behave oddly.

Please if you have any problems that you cannot fix please let us know. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks so much,

Thanks for the heads up. I do not know if it is the internet here or your new server, but page opening has been rather snappy (fast).

And thank you for your diligence and hard work. I'm certain we all appreciate it greatly with most of us not having a clue of what it takes to make this a go.

Hello,

Wow, what a night. Because of our fantastic growth over the last few weeks, we did an upgrade with our hosting company to an almost dedicated server. A major issue happened in the migration and we were up all night working with the hosting company, trying to fix a problem with missing threads. In the process, it looks like some threads were mis categorized and put in the wrong threads. I believe, at this point, it is mostly an isolated issue. But we are not sure. And I do know that we did lose some data. The company is very sorry and took total responsibility for what happened. According to them this is a very rare event, they indicated they have never had to merge data like this.

If you are missing a post, I am so sorry. If you see some other odd issues please let us know and we will try to fix or move anything that is in the wrong thread. I hope we already caught most of the issues.

Thanks so much for your patience and we are so sorry for any inconvenience.
