i would like a whole lot more but will be thankful for an inch. so right we need the moisture - too dry.

NWS is saying 1 inch.

Weather Underground says 2 inches.

Accuweather says 2.6 during the day and an additional 3.5 Wednesday night.

I said 6" + because we really need the precip. I was gonna say we will get 1" but that would have prolly cursed us to 0, so I went big.

Photo you might be right - new info just posted by NWS

Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of snow after 11am. Increasing clouds, with a high near 44. West wind between 11 and 14 mph becoming light. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Wednesday Night: Snow likely. Cloudy, with a low around 18. West wind at 9 mph becoming east. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

Thursday: Snow likely, mainly before 11am. Cloudy, with a high near 29. East northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

3-6 inches Bailey, looks like 2-3 for Denver too!

I never understand this "we need it in December". Folks, it all evaporates up here this time of year. Let the high mountains have it, and they have plenty already.

Nothing soaks in the ground in Bailey until March or April. Screw the snow.
