I am always curious about peoples hobbies. I always tend to want to try everything.
I loved our Woodworking thread when we first started. <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href=" 285bound.com/Forums/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=425&start=0 " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">viewtopic.php?f=22&t=425&start=0<!-- l -->

Some of mine over the years (When I have time)

Crochet I have made many blankets over the years. Everyone should have a crocheted blanket
Computer hardware, software and internet
Research (lots of subjects)
General crafts
Beef jerky making.
I tried a little bit of jewelry making.
I know I am forgetting some....

Ones I have thought about

Knitting. I just can't seem to pick it up.
Kintting machine
Canning ( I have all the stuff just have not done it yet.
Candy (Chocolate making)
Soda making
Cheese making
Nut Butters.
Or just foods in general that you can preserve.

A couple of my blankets. I also made a hat and am almost done with the scarf part. I will post a pic when done.

Hmm. Music and reading since I was little. I crocheted with my mom through my teen years, and was a runner.
20s and 30s - dancing: line dancing and more formal types

Now: I'm planning to start piano lessons with my kids this summer, and maybe do Taekwondo with them when the hubby's travel schedule calms down some, or they get old enough that I can trust them to behave themselves in the lobby while I'm in class! lol

I really like the long rifle!!

I'm a collector and appreciate anything antique. However, my speciality is Victorian-era fairy lamps. Don't be too dissappointed if you are not familar with them, not many people are. It is hard to show the seemingly infinate styles or to pick a favorite. But here is a sample:

Samuel Clarke model 245.5, c. 1890

Really nice work CG. I tried crocheting but the counting drove me crazy!! Now I just buy handmade items from Knit Knook!

Hobbies are a little tough right now but I love exploring the places I live. Right now, I'm in the heart of early American history! Definitely in my element!

Love the lamp! That's the first I've ever heard of them!
