This reminds me of my Best friend in California. She said they come to work with mittens and hats and talk about it being 'bitter cold' out when it gets down to '50' at night.

It's all a matter of what you get used to over the long term. While living in Saudi, 50°F did feel very cold. Blood thins out.

Neither Houston or Dallas are prepared for a freeze. My son is flooded out of his apartment while broken pipes flood his place. :no: He's got his dog in the shower since that is the driest place :lol:
