I was offered an awesome business opportunity, my son did a really good oral presentation to a gym full of parents and classmates of a poem that he wrote himself, and both my kids took first place in their competitions at the Taekwondo Tournament yesterday!

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

my terrible reaction to a skin treatment finally subsided once I used some wonderful natural oils and cremes; a very generous friend paid for my medical bill; had a great Reiki class yesterday and a fun evening with lots of laughter, good food and company last night.

Looked out the office window on the 5th floor and one of the local redtailed hawks was soaring by, with a mouse in its beak, at eye level. Beautiful!!!
