C470/Traffic Hazard was created by jf1acai

Per eyewitness account, and confirmed by KOA , left lane of WB C470 is blocked by a load of dirt between Quincy and Bowles.

Good to see my tax dollars at work, while dodging potholes & a-Holes on their cell phones....

I will respond to this in a minute but some jerk cut me off and I spilled my coffee, my sandwich fell on the floor, I am trying to find a good station on my XM, I am trying to catch up on all of these posts on my phone and I need to finish this text.
