Who Do You Really, Really Trust?

No one has said they trust those that have been elected to any of our government's offices!!!

I have four people in this category. Unfortunately, two of them died in the past 18 months. It's pretty hard to lose 50% of your most trusted and loved people in that short a time period. It makes the whole world seem a lot less trustworthy.

And you're right. Makes the world seem less trustworthy for sure. I recently was betrayed by a person I had in that category and that's tough too--do I just have bad judement or what?!

Nobody. I'm in agreement largely with Science Chic on this one.

I do trust my cats 'cause I know them and I know what not to tell them. But, if I died alone here in the house, I'm sure that they would make me a meal eventually--hard to absolutely trust something that sees you as a food source.

I operate at different levels of trust. So, I don't distrust everyone, but absolute trust? That's probably reserved for a higher power.
