285 bound staff looked at all the slogans/ motto's from the motto thread and picked our top 4 favorites.

If so, why don't they suggest something better?

As I see it, this site is totally open to suggestions. BUT, they don't have a crystal ball, the suggestions have to be made in order to be considered.

jf1acai, they probably did not have anything better, possibly just didn't like the options. It's kind of like going to the store for a new shirt, you don't see one that you like so you don't buy any, and you certainly would not come up with your own clothing line on the spot to show something better.....

Good point, I have been in the same position on many political elections! :)

A 'none of the above' option should be included.

I agree,the only issue was we need a motto that sister sites can use also. We are the lucky minority that can appreciate the" Fresh Mountain Air" in all it's meanings
