Does Daylight Savings time start tonight?

Unless you have an I-phone, they went the other way Sunday morning and moved the hour back instead of forward so people were 2 hours late for Sunday activities. Oops!

I would like DST all year long. Hate changing clocks, and like to see the sun when I leave work.
