Hawg Heaven - Bailey

place a phone order the other day for multiple people. When I got home we were missing an entire order. Called back and the lady who answered (& took our original order) gave us a lot of gruff but said if we came back she would have our order ready and give us a free dessert. When I arrived I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order and asked for my free dessert. I told the lady which dessert I wanted and she said we couldn't have that one and gave me an option of 2 different desserts that I wasn't interested in. She was rude the entire time.

I know this business gets a lot of tourist traffic, but treating locals bad is not going to help their business. This wasn't the first time we got attitude with forgotten orders. Thus their menu is no longer in our house. We might stop by in the future.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

Best BBQ in town. I have never had a bad experience.

I always check my carry out order regardless of where I get it.

They've always been nice to me. Maybe it's YOUR attitude.

For the others, I agree the food is good. We have been on the receiving end of attitude from different employees. And yes, it has happened to different people in our household.

My spouse & I couldn't be more different in how we handle things. The spouse is pure sugar and has had more problems with this business than myself.

Love HOG HEAVEN... We've NEVER had any PROBLEMS!!!!

Have been a steady customer there. Never had any problems, but haven't done take out.

Love the BBQ, sides are good. My only "complaint" is the dry corn bread, but I can live with that..
