* AT 419 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAIN FROM A STORM 3 MILES NORTH OF BROOKVALE...OR 24 MILES
WEST OF DENVER. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW THAT FROM 0.75 TO 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN IN THE ADVISORY AREA SINCE 345 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK SLIDES OR DEBRIS FLOWS IN STEEP TERRAIN.
