Update 7:45 p.m.

The American Red Cross has deployed disaster teams to staff evacuation points at Conifer High School and Chatfield High School in response to the Lower North Fork Fire burning near Conifer.

The Red Cross is prepared to provide mass care such as sheltering, feeding and emotional support for families evacuated from the fire, and a disaster trailer with shelter supplies is already being dispatched to Conifer High School.
