HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. HEAVY RAIN THAT HAS FALLEN
OVER THE PAST COUPLE DAYS AND EARLIER TODAY HAS SATURATED THE
GROUND. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES IN STREAMS AND
CREEKS. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND AT INTERSECTIONS MAY ALSO
BE ENCOUNTERED.

POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW
INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
