* ACCUMULATION/WIND...EXPECT SNOW AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 10 INCHES. WEST
WINDS AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME ICY AND SNOWPACKED. MOTORISTS

AREAS SHOULD STILL SEE PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOWFALL OVERNIGHT AND
